olm.calcite.H2CO3sfromPCO2(PCO2, T_K=298.15, T_C=None)[source]¶ Calculate concentration of carbonic acid + aqueous CO2 in equilibrium with a certain PCO2. [H2CO3s] = [H2CO3] + [CO2]
Parameters: - PCO2 : float
partial pressure of CO2
- T_K : float, optional temperature in degrees Kelvin (default = 273.15 + 25)
- T_C : float, optional
temperature in degrees Celsius (default = None). If None, function assumes T_K was given or uses default value. If T_C is given in function call, then function uses T_C value to calculate T_K.
Returns: - H2CO3s : float
concentration of carbonic acid + aqueous CO2 in mol/L
