Calculates kappa3 in the PWP equation.

Calculates kappa3 in the PWP equation, according to Equations 8 and 9 in Plummer, Wigley, and Parkhurst (1978) or Equations 6.14a and 6.14b of Dreybrodt (1988).

Parameters:
