olm.calcite.calc_kappa4Pascal(T_K, PCO2)[source]¶

Calculates kappa4 in the PWP equation using fit from Buhmann and Dreybrodt (1985).

Parameters:

T_K : float

temperature Kelvin

PCO2 : float

partial pressure of CO2 (atm)

Returns:

kappa4 : float

constant kappa4 in the PWP equation (cm^4/mmol/s)
