Calculates activity coefficient, gamma, using the Debye-Huckel equation.
Uses Equation 2.8 in Dreybrodt (1998) (Processes in Karst Systems).

ionic strength (mol/L)
- zfloat or array
ion charge
- rfloat or array
ionic radius (angstroms)
- Tfloat or array, optional
temperature in C, defaults to room temp
- Returns:
- gammafloat or array
