Calculates PWP rate using theoretical relation for kappa4 from PWP.
Calculates PWP rate using theoretical relation for kappa4 from PWP (as described by equation 25 in Plummer, Wigley, and Parkhurst (1978) and in Dreybrodt [1988] equation 6.22b). In this case, a_H in the equation for kappa4 is the equilibrium surface value for the given carbonic acid concentration, as specified in the theory.
